DATE : OCTOBER 26, 2021 ORDER :- It is stated that in connected matter i.e. Civil Application No.112 of 2021 in First Appeal No.3318 of 2017, vide order dated 15.09.2021, 75% of the amount in deposit has been permitted to be withdrawn. Same treatment needs to be given here. 2.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
