All these petitioners are entities who claim to have deployed their employees under the EGS for the construction of a public road. The amounts of outstanding bills are set out in prayer clause (C) in each of these petitions. All of them have tendered their representations dated 24.05.2023 and 05.07.2023 seeking clearance of the bills. These representations are pending with Respondent No.3. 2.
We would normally not issue directions for clearance of bills since this amounts to recovery orders.

Therefore, all these petitions are disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to consider the representations of the petitioners and carry out a verification exercise. If there are certain amounts which are not disputed, the same may be paid to these petitioners within a period of ninety (90) days. If any amounts are disputed, these petitioners shall be informed in writing by Respondent No.3 and they would be at liberty to avail of the recovery proceedings for recovering the disputed amounts.
