The record shows that the order of this court, dated 26th October, 2015 for depositing an amount of Rs. 50,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order, is not complied with.

Besides, as recorded in the said order, the petitioner had also undertaken that he shall pay up-todate maintenance till that date. There is no compliance of this order also.

In the circumstances, criminal writ petition is hereby dismissed.
