This Writ Petition is being entertained only to the extent of the admitted service dues of the Petitioner, in the light of the communication dated 29/05/2024, received by the Petitioner from the Municipal Corporation, Dhule. Insofar as the grievance of the Petitioner as regards the aspect of time bound promotion, liberty to the Petitioner to institute a fresh Petition. 2.

In this Writ Petition, we find that, an innocuous prayer is put forth by the Petitioner. The Dhule Municipal Corporation is

8937.24wp (2) requested to disburse the dues of the Petitioner as are admitted vide the communication dated 29/05/2024, which is at Page 28 of the Petition paper book. An amount of Rs.26,62,232/-, has already been paid to the Petitioner, who has superannuated. An amount of Rs.7,57,888/-, as on 29/05/2024, is due. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to the Commissioner, Dhule Municipal Corporation that the amount of Rs.7,57,888/-, along with interest upto 31/08/2024, shall be paid to the Petitioner in two equated installments. The first installment shall be paid on or before 30/09/2024. The second installment be paid on or before 15/11/2024.

The Petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on the Municipal Corporation.
