On perusal of the communication issued by the State Government dated 26.05.2017 annexed at Exhibit L, it appears that the case put up by the petitioners appears to have been accepted by the State Government and necessary directions have been issued.

It is recorded in the order that the strength of the students from 1st to 8th classes is around 267 and two posts of teachers appear to have been sanctioned. The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad has tendered report on 29.03.2016 in respect of correction of staffing pattern determined by the State Government. The State Government thus has directed the Director of Education (Primary) to effect necessary corrections in the staffing pattern as
{2} wp9965.17.odt stated by the Education Officer in communication dated 29.03.2016. Although directives have been issued by the State Government, those do not appear to have been implemented by the Director of Education (Primary).

In these circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with directions to the Director of Education (Primary) to implement the directives issued by the State Government in its communication dated 26.05.2017 and issue necessary instructions in consonance with such directives, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today and, it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
