The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 - Nandu Motiram Acharyam, who died on 20.08.2019 by condoning the delay of 385 days. The learned A.G.P. is formal party and there is no oppose to the application. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. 3.
