In applications filed for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, though office note is there that copy is not supplied, the learned counsel for original claimants submits that copy is supplied to him. Heard the learned AGP. Heard the learned counsel for Acquiring Body and counsels for other side. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, the applications filed for condoning delay are allowed. Delay is condoned.

In stay applications, the learned counsel produced the copy of the order made by this Court on 23.9.2015 in Civil Application No. 8254/2014 in First Appeal St. No. 13112/2014 and other connected matters. In view of the said order and the submissions made, all the stay applications are allowed subject to condition of depositing of entire amount of compensation within ten weeks from today, failing which it is to be presumed
that there is no stay to the execution of the judgment and award. All the stay applications are disposed of in those terms. 3.
Copy of order made in First Appeal St. No. 13112/2014 and other connected matters dated 23.9.2014 is produced and it shows that connected appeals are admitted. In view of this circumstance, all the appeals are admitted. Notice is waived by learned counsel Shri. Kale for original claimants and the learned AGP for Government.
