Heard Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is making grievance with regard to his transfer. The petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer by filing application (page 120).

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts the notice for the respondent No. 1. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 4. 3.

In case the application filed by the petitioner (page 120) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2

2 wp 9865.19 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) week from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
