Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 25% amount and the applicants have furnished solvent surety. Now the applicants want to replace the solvent surety as they want to sell the land for their personal purpose. Hence, the applicants requested to allow the application. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicants and the reasons mentioned in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Civil application is disposed of.
