Learned AGP Mr.D.V.Tele, makes a statement saying that he has received instructions in writing from the PWD, North Jalgaon that the land of the petitioner, which is described in the petition, is proposed to be acquired and necessary steps such as submission of proposal and measurements are initiated. In due course of time the land could be acquired and the petitioner would be paid compensation as per law.

In view of statement, the purpose of this petition is achieved.

At the request of the petitioner's Advocate we direct the authorities to undertake this work expeditiously and pass award as far as possible within one year from today.
