PER COURT :- The petitioners are praying for issuance of declaration that, they are entitled to be included in the list of eligible candidates for the post of Civil Judge, Junior Division & Junior Magistrate - First Class (CJJD& JMFC) in furtherance to the advertisement issued by respondent No.2 on 26.2.2014. It must be observed that the process initiated in 2014 for making appointment to the post of CJJD& JMFC is already completed and selected candidates have been issued letters of appointment. Since after 2014, one more process was also initiated and that was concluded and the third process is under way. Since no substantial relief can be claimed in this petition, we do not propose to go into the questions raised in the instant petition.
