The learned advocate for the Respondent-Society has filed an affidavit-in-reply and informs that a Revision Proceeding is filed before the competent authority under Section 154 read with sub-section (2A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, for challenging the same order.

{2} wp980419.odt The learned advocate for the petitioner sought a pass over for taking instructions and after the matter was called out, he submits, on instructions, that the petitioner would subject himself to the revisional jurisdiction in view of the pending revision proceedings.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion about the pending revisional proceeding and the authority would proceed as per Section 154 (2A).
