The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, revenue recovery certificate is issued in favour of the petitioner. The same now has been referred to the Collector. The properties are pointed out of respondent no.5, still no steps are taken for recovery.

In case, revenue recovery certificate of the petitioner is in force and the matter is pending with respondent nos.2 and 3, then respondent nos.2 and 3 shall take steps to recover the amount legitimately due and payable as per the revenue recovery certificate by taking recourse to the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code expeditiously. The process for recovery shall be commenced preferably within a period of three

(2) 46-wp-10720-2021 months from today and may endeavour to conclude it within a period of nine months. Of course, subject to the claims of other creditors over the property. The petitioner is at liberty to point out the properties of debtors.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
