P06.odt award to withdraw 75 % of the amount by the order dated 06.12.2019 viz. Civil Application No. 14382/2019 in First Appeal No. 2856/2019 and connected matters. He solicits the same order. 3.

The learned advocate Mr. Survase h/f Mr. Bhalerao learned advocate for the Acquiring Body concedes that these matters are also from the same group and the same order can be passed for the same reasons. 4.

The Civil Applications are allowed in terms of order dated 06.12.2019 in Civil application No. 14382/2019 in First Appeal No. 2856/2019.
