The applicants -(1) Arbaz Alim Ansari and (2) Samir Shaikh Haroon Shaikh are seeking bail in connection with Crime No.808/2020, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, Nandurbar, Tq. & District Nandurbar, for the ofences punishable under Sections 307, 452, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 109, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard both sides.

It appears that the investigation is over and charge sheet has been submitted. It appears that the incident has taken place as of

{2} sudden on account of trife reason. The applicant no.1 is in jail in connection with present crime since 13.09.2020 and applicant no.2 since 15.09.2020. Though the informant has allegedly sustained injury on his head, however, the injury is simple in nature. However, his son, namely Mausim is concerned, he has sustained injury on nasal region, which is stated to be grievous injury. Considering entire aspects of the case and since there is no criminal history, I am thus inclined to release both the applicants on bail. Hence, the following order:

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The applicants -(1) Arbaz Alim Ansari and (2) Samir Shaikh Haroon Shaikh, in connection with Crime No.808/2020, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, Nandurbar, Tq. & District Nandurbar, for the ofences punishable under Sections 307, 452, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 109, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code , be released on bail on their furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.15000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each of the like amount, on the following condition:

(a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.
