Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned AGP. The petitioner impugns the order passed under Section 68 of the Wakf Act by the Collector.

In that event, the petitioner has remedy as provided under Section 68 of the Wakf Act itself.

In light of that, we are not inclined to consider the petition on merits.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
