PER COURT :

The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 on instruction states that there is one post of peon vacant in their institution and the petitioner can be accommodated on the said post. The learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the same, accepting the said vacant post of peon in respondent No. 3 institution. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 states that proposal to appoint the petitioner on the said vacant post of peon would be sent to Education Officer for approval. The statement is accepted.

If any such proposal is sent to the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall consider the said proposal expeditiously and

WP No.10751/21 not later than eight weeks from the date of submission of the proposal of the respondent No. 3 in accordance with law. 4.

The State Government shall consider the said proposal on the basis of existing policy on the date of death of father of the petitioner i.e. 24th June 2018.

Writ petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
