The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that an application would be filed by the Plaintiff before the learned Court dealing with the R.C.S. No.183/2013 and pray for an expeditious hearing as the suit is more than 10 years old.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the Plaintiff or the Defendant, make an application to the learned Court for expediting the hearing in R.C.S. No.183/2013, we trust that the learned Court would consider the said application appropriately.
