In view of the alternate remedy available to the petitioners to challenge the impugned order before the Minister in second revision [Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915], the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present petition so as to enable the petitioners to exhaust the remedy of second revision before the Minister.

In the event, the petitioners file the second revision petition, the authority to consider the delay under section 14 of the Limitation Act and the period spent before this court be exempted in computing the period of limitation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
