The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal was given for permanent approval of the petitioner as Headmistress. The same is not yet decided though the petitioner has retired on attaining the age of superannuation.

The leaned AGP accepts notice for respondent No.1. Mr.Pulkundwar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No.2. In case, the proposal forwarded by the Management for permanent approval of the petitioner as Headmistress is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
