PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending. The result of the petitioner's 2nd year BAMS course is withheld by respondent nos.3 and 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 21.10.2021.

The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding within a period of six

(06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

4.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination

(2) 14-wp-10681-2021 only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

5.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner may not be refrained from prosecuting the studies in 3rd year BAMS and for appearing in the examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

6.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
