This civil application suffers a delay of 36 days. The writ petition was dismissed in default on account of non-removal of office objections.

The learned Advocate representing the non-applicants has strenuously opposed this application.

Considering the submissions of the learned Advocates and the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, on the following conditions :-

13125.22ca (2) (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 07/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, list the writ petition in the 'urgent admissions' category on 17/10/2022.
