Learned counsel appearing for respondenthusband, on instructions, submits that the respondenthusband has no objection, if the HMP No.129 of 2020 pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Hingoli, to be heard and decided alongwith the marriage petition fled by the applicant-wife. 3.

In view of the above and this Court has reiterated that in the matrimonial proceedings, convenience of the aaa/-

MCA 128.2020.odt wife is to be considered, I am inclined to allow this Misc. Civil Application. Hence, following order.
