The learned Advocate representing the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, submits on instructions that the corrected proposal with regard to the staffing pattern, is pending with the Education Officer in the light of the Government Resolution dated 18/05/2011. He submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of 60 days, by following the due procedure laid down in law.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off. Needless to state, further decision with regard to surplusage amongst the teachers, will depend upon the decision of the Education Officer.
