The admission of the Petitioner to the medical course is already protected in view of the order passed by this Court while dealing with Writ Petition No.2797 of 2014. The Scrutiny Committee has also been directed to decide the validation claim expeditiously. Inspite of directions to University to declare result of the Petitioner and to permit her to continue with further studies, subject to the decision of the validation claim pending with the Scrutiny Committee, the Petitioner informs that University has not yet declared the result, although the results of other students have been declared.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 University makes a statement that
result of the Petitioner would be declared within ONE WEEK from today. The statement made is accepted.

Respondent No.3 College is directed not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner until the decision on the validation claim pending before the Scrutiny Committee.
4.
With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
