The submission of applicant is, though the petitioner has placed on record certain documents to show the concern of the petitioner with the land, some documents remained to be placed on record. It is submission that by placing these documents on record which are the orders passed by the competent authorities, the petitioner is only furthering his case and no prejudice is going to cause to the respondents.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.
