We have heard Mr. Mali, learned counsel for the applicant.

We cannot comprehend the arguments advanced by the applicant. The applicant is seeking change of date of birth in the school record after he attained the age of superannuation. The applicant had joined the service in the year 1992 and after attaining the age of superannuation seeking change of date of birth in the school record. The same would not be permissible 3.

In light of the above, the review application alongwith with civil application are rejected.
