This petition is filed for a limited direction to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Rajgond" Scheduled Tribe, within stipulated period of time.

Urgency in the matter is that the petitioner has been allotted a college for engineering course and validity certificate is to be submitted by 04.09.2025.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents informs this court that vigilance cell report is pending. It is further brought to our notice that validity certificates have been granted to three sisters of the petitioner under the orders of this Court. 4.

Considering the aforesaid material, the writ petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide

934wp9858-25 the tribe claim of the petitioner at the earliest and in any case, on or before 31.08.2025.
