The present applications are filed for extension of time to decide the appeals filed by the non-applicants and as directed by this Court. Mr. Gangakhedkar, the learned Counsel submits that on one hand appellate authorities are not deciding the appeals and on the other hand the authorities are issuing notices for payment of the stamp duty. 2.

We extend the time to decide the appeals as directed by us under order dated 01.07.2019 by six (06) weeks from today. No further time would be extended.
