The learned counsel Shri Sangle, on instructions, submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the cross objection shall be continued since there is no settlement. Hence the following order:

ii) The cross objection shall continue.

iii) The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
