Today the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned by this Court. Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that, he is ready to deposit the amount of

2 12584.2016ca.doc compensation as per the Awards passed by the reference Court in this Court and subject to that, he has prayed for staying the execution of the impugned Awards. Learned Counsel for claimants does not have any objection for that. 3.

In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The execution of the Awards impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under the Awards along with the interest accrued thereon by the Acquiring Body in this Court within two weeks from the date of this order.
