The challenge is to the order dated 27.08.2013 by virtue of which the petitioner was affected. The petitioner is working as Secretary of Agriculture Produce Market Committee. 2.

It is not disputed that the petitioner is to retire on attaining age of superannuation of 30th June, 2015. This Court vide interim order dated 11th September, 2013 granted adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause "F". 3.

Subsequently, vide order dated 27.02.2015 passed in Civil

2 wp 7297.13 Application No. 2672 of 2015 this Court after hearing the parties permitted the Committee to take steps to fill in the post of Secretary after original writ petitioner in writ petition attains age of superannuation. The said order was further clarified vide order dated 24.03.2015. It was clarified that, the applicant Committee may take steps to fill in the post of Secretary, however, appointment order shall be issued only after original writ petitioner attains age of superannuation. The original writ petitioner is to attend the age of superannuation on 30.06.2015. The purpose of writ petition stands served in view of the order dated 24.03.2015 passed in Civil Application No. 2672 of 2015. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. [ V. K.
