Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents. 2.

The petitioner has slept over for all these months and at the eleventh hour has approached this Court. It will not be possible for us to issue any positive directions to the committee to decide the validation proceedings within stipulated period. 3.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the committee, if, it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 20th October, 2021. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 01.10.2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
