The applicants - (1) Ganesh s/o Vasant Uchale and (2) Umesh s/o Ganesh Uchale are seeking bail in connection with Crime No.227/2020, registered with Dhule City Police Station, Dhule for the offences punishable under Section 307, 1433, 1437, 143,, 143,, 32,, 323, ,043, ,06 read with Section 343 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard both sides.

Though names of the applicants are mentioned in the complaint and specifc role is ascribed to both of them, however, it is revealed that the incident has taken place on account of some trife

{2} reason. It appears that the allegations have been made mainly against co-accused Nandu and Shubham. There is no criminal history. The applicants are available for trial and they are also ready to cooperate with the further investigation, if any. Thus, considering the entire aspects of the case, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. Hence, the following order:

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants - (1) Ganesh s/o Vasant Uchale and (2) Umesh s/o Ganesh Uchale, in connection with Crime No.227/2020, registered with Dhule City Police Station, Dhule for the offences punishable under Section 307, 1433, 1437, 143,, 143,, 32,, 323, ,043, ,06 read with Section 343 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on their furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.1,,000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety of the like amount each, on the following condition:

(a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

(b) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on every Sunday between 0,.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till fling of the charge sheet.
