Advocate Mr. S.G. Bhalerao for appellant/acquiring body is present with Executive Engineer, Mr. Giriraj Joshi, Advocate Mr. V.G. Sakolkar representing the original claimant.

Both the parties agreed for the calculation of interest in view of decisions in State of Maharashtra vs. Kailash Shiva Rangari, 2016 (4) All M.R., 513 (F.B.) and State of Maharashtra vs. Ramesh Tukaram Meshram and another, 2018 (1) All M.R., 645.

In view of this settlement the appeals are disposed of as per the compromise.

FA_2731_2018 The amount to be deposited as per the said calculation. After the amount is deposited the claimants would be entitled to withdraw the same in proportionate fixed under the impugned order. Appellant is entitled to get refund of Court fee as per rules. Pending civil applications, if any, disposed of. Award be drawn accordingly.

Amount lying in this Court, be transferred to the executing Court before its disbursement.
