The petitioner assails the G.R. dated 28.8.2015 on the ground that it is against the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010. From the petition nor from the arguments of the learned

counsel, it can not be deduced as to how the said G.R. is against the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010.

The learned counsel submits that the Respondents be directed to decide the representation. The Respondents may prosecute the representation with the Chief Executive Officer as is permissible in law. The Chief Executive Officer may consider the representation in accordance with Rules and Laws.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
