By this Petition, the Petitioner prays for issuance of Internship Certificate and the documents, without insisting for the Tribe Validity Certificate. The Petitioner has completed her MBBS and also her internship.

The learned Advocate representing the Health University submits on instructions that the eligible candidates, meaning those candidates who have completed their internship, can be issued with their certificates and the respective

2 wp 9231.2022 colleges have been instructed not to withhold the Internship Certificates of the eligible candidates.

The learned AGP representing the Committee submits that the Vigilance Inquiry Report is ready and the Petitioner can collect the said Report by tomorrow. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would collect the Report and submit her written notes / submissions on 21.09.2022. The learned AGP submits that, in such a case, the Committee would pronounce it's order on 21.10.2022.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off by recording the statements of the parties and with the following directions:- A] The college would issue the Internship Certificate of this Petitioner.

B] The Degree Certificate would not be released by the University.

3 wp 9231.2022 C] The Petitioner would collect the Vigilance Inquiry Report by 05:00 p.m.

from the Committee at Aurangabad on 14.09.2022.

D] The Petitioner would appear before the Committee on 21.09.2022 at 11:00 a.m. and submit her written submissions / arguments.

E] The Committee would deliver it's order, on or before 21.10.2022.

F] The Petitioner would render fullest co-operation to the Committee for the expeditious disposal of her claim.
