The petitioners seek absorption and payment of salary. The petitioners are absorbed vide order dated 29.07.2013. It is the contention of petitioners that the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 did not absorb the petitioner though order was passed. Subsequently, the petitioners have been absorbed in April 2015 after the orders are passed by this Court. So also direction was given by the respondent on 22.04.2015 that if the petitioners are not absorbed, then the proposal would be submitted for withdrawal of the recognition of the respondent Nos. 3 to 6

2 wp 8289.14 Ashram Schools. Thereafter they have been absorbed. The dispute about the absorption now does not remain. 2.

As far as salary is concerned, the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 shall submit the salary bills in respect of petitioners from 01st August 2013 till date. The authorities shall process the said salary bills in accordance with law and take decision upon the said salary bills. The service of the petitioners shall be counted continuous.

The salary bills shall be submitted by respondent Nos. 3 to 6 within four (4) weeks from today to the appropriate authorities. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. [ V. K. JADHAV, J. ] [ S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ] bsb/July 15
