Learned Government Pleader appearing for RespondentState informs that the State Government has adopted policy of inviting online applications from the employees seeking transfer as well as employees due for transfer. It is further informed that the petitioner has also tendered online application in conformity with the procedure prescribed by the State Government and the application is under consideration.

Since no decision has yet been arrived at in the matter of transfer of employees, at present there is accrual of cause of action. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law as and when cause of action accrues.

Since there is no subsisting grievance, writ petition stands disposed of.
