Pursuant to our order dated 30.09.2021, the learned AGP has tendered the communication dated 29.10.2021 received

*2* 940wp2821o10 by him by an email through the Under Secretary, State of Maharashtra. The same is taken on record and marked as "X-4" for identification. The learned AGP points out that the sanction by the Finance Department for payment of Rs.20,000/- per month to the petitioners, has been granted.

Subject to the rights of the litigating parties in the pending petition, this Civil Application stands disposed off and the petitioners are at liberty to receive the said amount without prejudice to their claims.
