The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending. The same is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. The employer has issued the notice to submit the validity certificate or else adverse action would be taken.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 25.10.2021 and co-operate in

2 wp 10728.2021 expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding. The Scrutiny Committee shall dispose of the validation proceeding preferably within a period of six (06) months.

The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. 5.

The employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that will be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee in the validation proceeding.

6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
