Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned AGP for respondents No. 5 to 7.

Learned advocate for the applicant refers to the circumstances under which present applicant had been arrayed as respondent No. 4 in the writ petition and further submits that all along the applicant as well had been intending to pose challenge to the order impugned in the writ petition. 3.

Learned AGP though purports to resist the application, yet, has not been able to overcome veracity of the claims under the civil application.
