The grievance of the petitioners is that the proposals forwarded by the management to the Education Officer for sanction of full time librarian post is not decided. Subsequent reminder is also given. 2.

In case, the proposals forwarded by the institution is pending with the Education Officer for sanction of full time post of librarian, then Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law,
