In case, the steps are taken by taking out appropriate proceedings, issue notice to the proposed legal heirs of respondent no.4 so also respondent nos.1 and 2, returnable on 26th April, 2023.

If the steps are not taken in the aforesaid background, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
