Petition purports to take exception to the selection procedure for the post of traffic controller conducted by respondent no. 3 pursuant to advertisement of 2007 praying for quashing and setting aside the same and to adopt fresh selection procedure in strict compliance of the advertisement dated 15-22/06-2007.

By 2017, it appears, further developments have occurred. Even the petitioners have been benefited under the subsequent development.

In the circumstances, petition appears to have been rendered inefficacious and is being thus disposed of accordingly.
