ORDER:

Mr Sontakke, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the impugned order is passed on the ground that transfer of the PAP certificate is not permissible. The learned advocate relies on the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10912 of 2015 dt. 04.02.2016 and the Govt. Resolution dt. 02.05.2016. 2.

Reading the Govt. Resolution dt. 02.05.2016 it is manifest that the transfer is permissible to the extent as stated in the said Govt. Resolution.

In the light of the above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The authority shall reconsider the application of the petitioner for transfer of the PAP certificate in terms of Govt. Resolution dt. 02.05.2016, expeditiously, preferably within six months.
