The petitioners are claiming interest and right in the property acquired and share in the compensation given to one of the legal representative. The facts of the case are that, the compensation was paid long back, therefore nothing remained before the Land Acquisition Officer/S.D.O. The petitioners have alternate remedy. Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted to withdraw the petition. 3.

Right of the petitioner to claim compensation before the appropriate forum are kept open.
