In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the following directions. :-

(B) Respondent No.3 would consider the representation after taking into the account the entire record available and by calling for a report from the competent authority connected with rehabilitation programme and after considering the claim of the petitioner, pass an appropriate reasoned order, on or before 30th December, 2022.
