A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL 1] The First Appeal is filed by the acquiring body on the ground that the interest is granted from the date of notification so also on other grounds. The amount is increased by four times.

2] The present Civil Application is filed to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon till the date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

3] Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. B] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR STAY The acquiring body has deposited the entire amount in this Court as per the order passed by this Court. The ad-interim stay granted by this Court stands confirmed. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
