Pursuant to our order dated 18.11.2021, the learned advocate representing respondent No.2, tenders the compilation of documents including photostat copy of the cheque for the amount of compensation to be paid to the petitioner. He further submits that the amount of Rs.7,41,839/- vide cheque No.139647 is inclusive of interest amount which this Court had directed vide it's above stated order. The cheque is being deposited in this Court as it is in the name of the Registrar of this Court. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount without any condition, after 20.12.2021, under the identification by the learned advocate for the petitioner and by producing the latest photograph, address proof and copy of Adhaar Card, of the petitioner.
